- main.tsx: use HashRouter when loaded over file:// (packaged desktop has no server for History API path routing); keep BrowserRouter on the http web build. - add build:desktop script (vite build --base=./ --outDir dist-desktop) so assets resolve under file://; gitignore dist-desktop.
