refactor: install to dist/padded-cell/ like Dirigent
- Plugin name: padded-cell (matches dist subdirectory)
- Install copies files to dist/padded-cell/
- Plugin path set to dist/padded-cell/ directory
- Follows Dirigent pattern: dist/<plugin-name>/
