hzhang	42f6e84709	fix(brand): transparent bg + tight crop for favicon/app icon ... The mark sat tiny on a black square (invisible in the browser tab). Make the near-black background transparent (alpha from max channel, sub-22 floor removes the glow haze) and crop to the mark's bounding box with ~8% margin so it fills the frame at favicon sizes.
