feat(brand): use no-text mark for window/app icon

Switch BrowserWindow + electron-builder icon to the no-text mark (tray was already the no-text mark). Wordmark dropped from app-icon contexts where it doesn't read small. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
